Begin by making an appointment by calling your local representative. We will also bring additional treatments, so you can be sure that your choice matches your vision.

When we arrive, we’ll sit down and discuss what you are looking for in a window treatment. We’ll look at your lighting, privacy, and energy efficiency ideas, and we’ll ask about hard-to-reach or specialty-shaped windows. Primarily, your rep should treat your home with respect. They should come to your house on time, with all samples requested, and offer to cover their shoes with shoe booties. Your representative should always give you product and company pamphlets and pricing details.

When discussing pricing, you should be given a complete written quote. Don’t accept a guesstimate, scrawled on a product brochure or the back of a business card. And don’t take pricing estimates before they take any window measurements. You want to understand how much the final bill will cost you.
